Another **MUST READ**

I love MSCI. They provide tremendous data, strong narrative and comment on their findings, and are generally spot on in their findings from what I read and consume. The five topics addressed in the white paper are things I literally think about each and every day: the status distress loans/properties (what is the real amount?), the bid/ask gap (Is it closing? How far?), how will Office, as we now know it, impact the economy (Office ‘culture’ is being redefined), the shifting risk/reward ratio (Buyers accepting less risk with increase in interest rates?), and climate’s impact on real property (How bad will insurance costs get? Have we topped out?). Well worth taking 20 minutes or so to take it all in.
