It features John Chang, Senior Vice President Research Services/Marcus and Millichap, John Kinzelberg, Founder, CEO and Managing Partner/Highgate Capital, Doug Root, Co-Founder and Managing Partner/Blackfin Real Estate Investors, and Jeff Tripaldi, Managing Partner/Tilden Properties. The participants touch on everything from the economy and a ‘soft landing,’ interest rates, demographics and housing affordability and multifamily sale velocity. Conclusion? Multifamily fundamentals will remain relatively strong. Definitely worth your time.
